The jersey in detail : Extremely rare 30-year-old training jersey in very good condition for its age. However, there is a tiny hole on the front and another on the back. The sponsor's flocking has also worn away over time. Otherwise, the piece has retained its beautiful red color, and there are no snags or pilling to report!

Players : Van Basten, Gullit, Rijkaard, Simone, Maldini

History : Training jersey worn by the Milan players under Arrigo Sacchi. This would be the first trophyless season in three years for Van Basten's teammates, who would finish second in Serie A behind Sampdoria. In Europe, they would be eliminated from the Champions League by OM in the quarter-finals after an incredible turn of events: following a power outage in the 75th minute, the Milan players refused to return to the pitch (they were losing 1–0), hoping to win by forfeit.
